A Refreshing Summer Snack
This is not a food blog, but I thought that I would share a really tasty, easy, and healthy summer snack that I have been making. You can also prepare this as a side to your lunch or dinner.
1. Cut up a fresh cucumber.
2. Add sea salt to your taste.
3. Add freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese to your taste.
4. It also tastes good to add a splash of a good italian dressing for additional flavor. (I really like this dressing.)
This makes for a really refreshing snack that takes only a few minutes to prepare!
